Introduction

Proto, Kenya´s premier liquified petroleum gas (LPG) brand, became the country´s largest LPG marketer shortly after launching in 2018. It did this by managing its logistics operations in house and by using CIRCL software for coordination and control of these efforts. In the busiest periods Proto delivers over 30 000 gas bottles daily to over 6000 retail sales points across the country. It operates from over 50 warehouses. To control stock losses, optimise route operations and ensure its customers´success it turned to CIRCL for solutions.

Challenge
